my baby girl. this summer i moved my florida cat to new york city. i grew up with true winters, but she had been in florida for her whole 6 years. when snow fell in new york, i wanted to show her. i put her in the window and encouraged her to look out. her sense of sight is ummmmmm not great however so she wasn’t really interested in looking out, but the way she looked looking back at me was so precious. i was grateful i could capture it on photo, and knew i had to draw it too. so here’s my precious girl with her new city in the background.
